Mrs. Mildred Clouse Bauerle, of Seymour, passed away on Saturday October 23, 2021 at the Lutheran Community Home. She was born in Mitchell, Indiana to the late Henry Clouse, Sr., and Nora Bell (Woods) Clouse.
On October 14, 1944, Mildred married Harold Bauerle; he preceded her in death. She worked at Excello Shirt Factory for more than 40 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and took great care of her children and grandchildren. Mildred also, loved to quilt and was a member of the Indiana State Guild and Small Town Quilters in Seymour.
Mildred is survived by her children, Adella Hougland, Nora (Roger) Dean, Dennis Bauerle, Vicky (Dennis) Sheese; grandchildren, Scott Hougland, Dawn Hougland, Chris Dean, Andy Dean, Michael Dean, Emily Herman; 9 great-grandchildren; and brother, Henry Clouse, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 10 brothers and sisters.
Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday October 28, 2021, from 12:00 pm until time of service.
Funeral services will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday October 28, 2021, 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
