I will always remember Ernie’s sweet smile as I would walk into the hospital for my nightshift. He always had such kind words! He would always come up to the floor and check on us nurses- bring us coffee/tea. Many early mornings he scraped snow off my windows before I would head out the door to drive home! He looked out for everyone and genuinely cared about others! He is loved and will be missed by so many- but never forgotten!

Ernie was known as my sister in my family! Ernie entered the Eastern Star on the same day that I did. He was very good friends of my parents: Del & Irene Powell and acted as a pallbearer for Del when he passed away in May. Ernie was such a special man and the memory of him and his giving heart and kind ways will remain with me forever. I am truly sorry for all your losses over the past few years and just know you are in a lot of peoples prayers and thoughts. Forever in our hearts. Fly high Ernie!

I'll always remember Ernie as a very warm and caring person . He was a very good friend and coworker that I had the pleasure to work security with at SEP. No matter what I could always count on Ernie if I had questions about any issues especially since I didn't know much around the computer. He was always there to help me out . May you have a wonderful and peaceful life in Heaven. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Wishing you a wonderful life in Heaven You will be missed very much . Love Your Friend, Dawn Branaman

We lived across the road when we were kids (until the Balls moved). Rode the bus to Hayden school together. Memories of swimming in their pond, with the cows :). Then we used to play in an old bus called the "Booger House". (Have no idea how it got its name...maybe don't want to know!) Lost track of Ernie and family for years, but did see him a couple of years ago. So sorry for your loss.
