Anna (Breitfield) Mills, 92, of Seymour passed away on February 2, 2021 at Covered Bridge Health Campus in Seymour.

Anna was born in Seymour, IN on August 6, 1928, daughter of Fred and Amelia (Thiele) Breitfield.

On March 19, 1948, she married Robert H. Mills in Seymour at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Mr. Mills proceeded in death on February 21, 2014.

Anna was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour, and a member of the Ladies Aid #3, she had been a bookkeeper for Indiana Telephone Company. Anna was deputy clerk and 1st deputy treasure for Jackson County. She was a member of the Pineridge Homemaker’s Club. Anna was one of the original volunteers for the brail workers with Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Anna is survived by her sons: Roger (Theresa) Mills and Norman Mills, 3 grandchildren Ashley (Jeff) Blackwell, Alisha Mills (David Gay, Fiance) and Logan (Alycia) Mills, 4 great grandchildren Karson, Khloe Blackwell, Bentley Mock, and Bristol Gay.

She is preceded in death by her husband: parents: brothers: Walter Breitfield, Lawrence Breitfield, sisters: Emma Breitfield, Martha Kinder, Helen Huber and Alice Foster.

Funeral service will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ralph Blomenberg officiating.

Friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 12 pm until time of service at 1 p.m.

Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

Cards and notes of condolence are most welcome.
