Mr. Brian Timothy Grubb, 51, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019 in Nashville. He was born in Seymour to the late James M. and Velma R. Grubb.
Family and friends may gather at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday, May 16 from 4-8 pm.
He truly loved spending time with his daughter and son teaching them the ins and outs of caving, hiking, and camping which Brian loved intensely. He enjoyed having his mom teach him how to cook when he was still living at home.
He also loved traveling to different countries around the world for his job. He especially enjoyed going to Germany, where he tried finding out information on his ancestry. He enjoyed visiting his maternal side of the family in Ohio. His cousins all said it was an adventure when he was around! He also enjoyed visiting his niece and nephews in the country and wrestling with the boys.
He is survived by his only daughter, Brittany Morgan Grubb; half sister, Barbara J. (Jim) Bell; half brothers, Richard W. (Pam) Grubb and Duane A. Grubb; niece, Melinda R. Bell; nephews, James J. (Kimberly) Bell and Michael K. (Cynthia) Bell; and several maternal cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and beloved son, Zachary Bryan Grubb.
Memorials may be written to Schurman-Grubb Memorial Skatepark, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
