Carolyn L. Monical, 62, of Seymour passed away February 10, 2015, following a long Illness.

Born June 4, 1952, in Evansville, IN, she was the daughter of James H. and Edith A. (Williamson) Monical.

Carolyn was a member of The Tabernacle. She was a homemaker and caregiver.

Carolyn is survived by her sisters Veva M. (Terry) Pack and Thelma Bayes.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Judith A. Monical and a brother-in-law Michael Bayes.

Funeral services will be held at Voss Chapel, Seymour, Indiana, on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m., with Rev. Larry Arrowood officiating.
Friends may call at Voss Chapel, 316 North Chestnut St., Seymour, IN. 47274, on Saturday after 8: 30 a.m. until time of service.

Burns Funeral Home will be conducting the burial and graveside service will take place at 12:30 p.m. Central Time at Cloverport Cemetery, Cloverport, KY.

Memorials may be given to The Tabernacle of Seymour.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Voss Funeral Service, Seymour, IN.
