Mr. Charles Steven Cochrane, 58, of Seymour, passed away Monday, April 15, 2019 at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Seymour to the late Thomas P. and June (Polly) Cochrane Sr.
Funeral services will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday at 11 am with Rev. A.J. Poulton officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Brownstown.
Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday from 4-8 pm and Friday from 10 am until time of service.
He was of the Christian faith and was baptized at Central Christian Church. He had been employed at Rightway Fasters, LearSeglar and AK Tube throughout the years. He enjoyed dirt track racing at Brownstown Speedway, Cincinnati Reds baseball and IU Basketball. He had a big heart and loved his family.
He is survived by his children, Elizabeth (Jack) Neal, Sharie (Josh) Nichols, April (Justin) Bowling and C.J. Cochrane; grandchildren, Guinever, Merlin, Brayden, Jillian, Tristen, Morgan and Kennedy; brothers, Fred Cochrane and Tony Cochrane; and sisters, Joanna Fleetwood and Brenda Guthrie as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
