Darlene Evon “Bonnie” Richardson

Darlene “Bonnie” Richardson, 58 of Seymour, Indiana, passed away Friday, June 3, 2016, at Lutheran Community Home.

She was born March 4, 1957, in Munich, Germany, the daughter of the late Alfred and Margaret (Emmons) Brueggman.

She married Donald Richardson on September 10, 1994, in Seymour, Indiana, and he survives.

Bonnie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She enjoyed going to the Temple. She loved to sew, quilt and research genealogy. She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Donald, children: Angie Burke, Matt (Sheena) Burke, Donnie (Chelsey) Richardson, Justin (Crystal) Richardson, Scott Richardson and Michelle Fergison; nine grandchildren: Kerrick, Kyler, Chase, Hailey, Zeke, Candice, Jaedon, Mackenzie and Karly Ann; seven sisters: Donna Tiller, Dorothy Turnquist, Debbie Otte, Diana Haines, Denise Cash, Deloris Walker and Patty Harrison; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Monday, June 6, 2016, at Voss Chapel with Bishop Doyle Meyers officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Friends and family may gather at Voss Chapel on Sunday from 2 to 6 pm and Monday after 9 am until time of service.

Memorial checks may be written to the Alzheimer’s Association.
