Mr. David Wyatt, 59, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Seymour, Indiana to the late James Wyatt and Johnola (Day) Wyatt of Seymour.
Funeral services will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Sunday, August 18 at 3 pm with Bro. Justin Ackeret officiating. Burial will follow at Valley Home Old Regular Baptist Church Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Sunday from 1 pm until time of service.
David married Barbara Ackeret on November 25, 1995 in Freetown, Indiana at the Valley Home Old Regular Baptist Church. He worked at Competition Tool and Dye for 11 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Eagles Club. He was very involved with the Moose Lodge and enjoyed serving through the organization. He was also a member of the Carpenters and the Laborers Union. He enjoyed being in the outdoors, spending his time fishing and hunting. He loved to look for arrowheads and other artifacts. David loved listening to music. He loved his friends and family and the time he got to spend with them.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Gabriel; grandchildren, Ansley Aspen Horn, Alaryc Gabriel Wyatt; mother; siblings, Charles R. (Linda) Wyatt, Jesse (LouAnn) Wyatt, John (Sandy) Wyatt, Tippie Wyatt, Deborah Stover; sister-in-law, Debbie Jansen, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Stephen Paul Wyatt; and sister, Harriet Thompson.
