To the Hodson Family. I am deeply saddened by the news of Dotties passing. She was a mentor and good friend to my mom during her years at Northwestern Schools. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this very difficult time. Rhea Ross Archer

I remember the many times we square danced with them. She was always smiling whether it was dancing, attending an IDA meeting, or working at a National Convention. Many years ago we enjoyed a large gathering of square dancers dancing on the Bell of Louisville. She and Glenn were very dear friends. We have missed them since Ray has been unable to dance.

Indeed, Dottie was a wonderful neighbor to my family. She and I presented a Girls Club program on staying safe at Cortland Elementary and I had such fun working with her. She was a treasure and always had a smile and a hug. When my husband was ill she kept a watch out when I couldn't be home. Dottie and Glenn were both great neighbors. I missed them so much when I moved away. Prayers for you Glenn and family. May the happy memories help you during this time of grief. Blessings!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

We lived in the yellow house across the way from the Hudsons. Growing up my sister and I come would by and visit with Dot and Glenn and they would let us play with the tea set and tinker toys that they had in their basement. Dot always had a treat for us before we headed off for home and we would always sit and chat and listen to stories of times past. I still enjoy the zucchini marmalade and zucchini bread recipe that Dotty shared with my family and will always think of her when it is made and enjoyed.
