Mr. Edward ‘Ed’ C. Henry, 95, of Seymour passed away on Friday, October 06, 2017, at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown. He was born September 15, 1922, in Crothersville, IN, to the late Amos Alonzo and Elsie Marie (Rider) Henry. On December 20, 1944, in Richmond, IN, he married Alma Bulington, who preceded him in death August 19, 2000. Edward was a member of First Baptist Church, Seymour, where he served for many years and was a member of the AGOGA Sunday School Class. He was retired from Thompson Dairy Company in Seymour and Hopewell Ramblers. One of his enjoyments was going to Cracker Barrel with family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Linda K. (Rodney) Pollert and Randy Lee (Lisa) Henry; grandchildren, Julie (Dave) Bracken, Kevin D. (Nikki) Pollert, Benjamin Henry, Andrew Henry, Jessica (Rick) Wright, and Zachariah Henry; several great grandchildren; and a brother Glen E. Henry.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; sister, Louise Hickerson; and brothers, Leo Henry and Donnie Henry.
Funeral services will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Monday, October 9, at 11 am with Rev. Barry DeWitt officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Monday from 9 am until time of service.
Memorials may be written to American Lung Association or First Baptist Church, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.

My name is Tracey Parr and I took care of Mr. Ed for a long time though since June I've been off due to health reasons. I loved Mr. Ed as I called him. He could be a little contrary but was really sweet though. He lived to talk about God the Bile and his lovely wife and he loved his Nutty bars and Mandarin oranges :tangerine: and his Coke. He is all well now up in Heaven with his beautiful wife. Prayers for all the family!
