Ernest Kramer, 83, from Seymour, IN, passed away January 20, 2022, at Schneck Medical Center. He was born in 1938, in Madison, IN to the late Wayne and Geneva Kramer. On September 3, 1965, Ernest married the love of his life, the late Patricia (McIntosh) Kramer.

He enjoyed sports, wrestling, NASCAR, and dirt track racing. He was a fan of KY Wildcats and Jeff Gordon. He was known for his funny personality and his funny joke telling. Most of all he loved his family and his grandchildren and watching them play sports.

He is survived by his sons; Tim (Lillie) Kramer, Mark Kramer, his daughter; Karry (Roger) McCauley, his sister; Betty (Walter Jr) Phillips, his grandchildren; Kinsi (Isaiah) Kramer, Kyle Kramer, Stephany (Donny) Kramer, Suzzanna (Adriean) Kramer, Jennifer Kramer, Jeremy (Sandy) Shelpman, Zach (Rachelle) Kramer, Devon Kramer, Cheyenne Kramer, and his great-grandchildren; Sophia Shumard, Ayden Gilbert, Malachi Acree, Brooklyn Kramer, and Brody Shelpman.

He is preceded in death by his wife; Patricia Kramer, father; Wayne Kramer, his mother; Geneva Kramer, his brother; William “Billy” Kramer; and his grandson Tyler Kramer.

Visitation will be held at Voss and Sons Funeral Service on Monday January 24, 2022, from 4pm to 8pm. Service will be held at Voss and Sons Funeral Service on Tuesday January 25, 2022, at 11am. He will be laid to rest at Coffee Creek Cemetery following the service.
