Gerald Brasher, 76, of Seymour, Indiana passed away on April 7, 2022. He was born in 1945, to the late Samuel “Walter” and Hazel (Hall) Brasher.
He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Gerald was a loving father and grandfather. He had a big heart, was very giving and loved to fish.
Gerald is survived by his sons; Gregory A (Teresa) Brasher, Shawn Bond, his grandchildren; Cody (Lanie) Brasher, Dalton Brasher, and Dylan (Erika) Brasher; 3 great grandchildren; Axel, Tristain, and Ethan, his brothers; David (Joyce) Brasher, Dennis (Stacey) Brasher, and his sisters; Joyce Deaton, Janice (Danny) Senn, and Judy (Grant) Couch.
He is preceded in death by his parents Samuel Walter and Hazel (Hall) Brasher, and his brothers, Lee Brasher, Paul Brasher, and Joe Brasher and his brother-in-law, Bob Deaton.
Visitation will be held on Monday April 11, 2022, from 10am to the time of the service at 1 pm at Voss and Sons Funeral Service. Burial will follow the service at Crothersville Cemetery.
Family request memorial contributions be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital Crohn’s Disease Foundation in case of Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
