Jim was a fantastic man. I do think of him quite often. Jim was my last customer in 2016 when I had to retire from cutting hair because of health issues. Roger your Dad was a great man and I really do think of him often. My heart goes out to you and the rest of your family Roger. Bob Elliott West End Barber Shop "RETIRED"......

The first time I met Jim I was the new boyfriend his daughter brought home to meet him and he scared the hell out of me. I don't think he thought me worthy at first, but as time went by he grew less scary to me and I liked him, then loved him. I think he eventually loved me too. I can't count the number of times he helped us out, financially and otherwise. Whatever we needed, he was there. He turned out to be a fantastic father-in-law and I, well I was an acceptable son-in-law. Jim turned out to be a wonderful grandfather and great-grandfather, too. Like my daughters and their children, I will miss Papaw Beineke VERY much. May he rest in peace and never have to wonder again if the gift he got you was what you really wanted. Love you Jim.
