I too moved to Colvin Ct. 50 years ago, with my brother, three sisters and my mother. There were about 13 or 14 homes all with kids in them. Most of them from the ages of 6 to 16 and we all laughed, cried, fought and mainly played together. it was all the kids getting together to play baseball, football, or just play board games, race slot cars or watching the Munsters or the Monkey's on TV at each others houses on rainy days. We all got to be pretty close. It was some of the best times in my life and Bev, Mark and Steve were there for all of it. I'm going to miss Steve a lot as I'm sure many others will too. We'll miss his laughter, his jokes, and his personality in general. He was a great guy! Its times like these when I think," Life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory." ( Leonard Nimoy ) All my love and prayers for the family in this time of sorrow. Friends Forever, Tim Boyd

Who would have known 50 years ago when our mother moved us to Colvin Court how our lives would change forever. In those years Bev, Steve, and Mark have been our best friends through good and bad times. Steve looked and acted tough but inside he was a teddy bear. He was the king of the jokes and could make you laugh until you cried. I remember him and Mark always being there to help our mother with different chores around the house. Steve will be missed by everyone he ever came in contact with. He may not be here in person but he will always be in our hearts. I know that Heaven will never be the same again with Steve there. I knew Jim in high school. Always kind of guy you would love to be neighbors with. I remember him having a smile on his face 98.7% of the time and loved to hear his stories. Jeff Anderson
