Mr. John David Rotert, 59, of Seymour, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at Schneck Medical Center. He was born on November 28, 1957, in Seymour, to the late David E. and Sarah (Meahl) Rotert. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Borchers. He worked as a truck driver for many years and then as a machinist.
He is survived by his mother; brothers, James (Amy) Rotert, David (Ronni) Rotert and Don (Wendy) Rotert; sister, Lori Hatfield; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services will be conducted by Voss & Sons Funeral Service, on Saturday, November 4, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Borchers at 12 noon with Rev. Stephen Wood officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Borchers.
Family and friends may call at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Borchers on Saturday, from 10 am until time of service.
