Kenneth W. Self

April 11, 1952 - January 21, 2015

Mr. Kenneth Self, 62, of Seymour passed away at I.U. Medical Center Indianapolis, January 21, 2015 with his family by his side. He was born in Vincennes, IN to Barbara Kirk Self and Wayne A.Self. In 1971 he married Vicki Baker at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour.
He graduated from Seymour High School in 1970. Ken enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching western movies and archery. He competed in several archery tournaments over the years. His favorite pastime was being with his grandchildren.
Ken was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church and retired from Cummins Engine Company in 2004 where he was a machine repairman.
He is survived by his mother, his wife, daughter; Amy (Shane) Criswell and son; Aaron (Becky) Self, 5 grandchildren; Parker, Noah and Chloe Criswell and Shelby and Jackson Self, 4
Brothers; Rick (Rhonda) Self, Douglas Self, Timothy (Lisha) Self, and Charles (Kelli) Self, and one sister, Lisa (Duane) Pray.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Family and friends may call at Voss Chapel on Sunday, January 25th from 2-6 PM and at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Monday from 10 am to the time of the service.
Funeral services will be conducted at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Monday, January 26th at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jimmy Rodriguez officiating.

Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Memorial checks may be written to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Trinity Lutheran High School, Immanuel Lutheran School, or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
