Lester Dennis Lockhart, 67, passed away on January 24, 2021 at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and retired from Arvins Industry. He liked Chrysler Hemis, racing, and was known for always being easy going and had a great smile. Dennis grew up in Columbus, Indiana and later moved to Seymour.

Dennis was born in 1954 to the late George Lloyd Lockhart and Alice Virginia Grounds Lockhart in Columbus, Indiana.

Dennis is survived by his daughter Anna (Harold) Elizabeth Walsh, grandchildren Shadow Logan Erwin and Alice Faith Walsh and mother of his daughter, Tyronna and two cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be conducted by Voss & Sons Funeral Service at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 504 North Walnut Street, Seymour, Indiana on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 3 pm with Reverend Andrew Currao officiating. Memorial service will be livestreamed through Voss & Sons Funeral Service Facebook page.

The family appreciates all the prayers and concern for them in this time of loss. Dennis will be missed by many friends in the community. Cards and notes of condolence will be most welcome.
