Lillian Jeannine Coy, 77 of Seymour, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at Schneck Medical Center.
She was born February 4, 1938, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of the late Harry Otis and Daisy Irene Huffman Smith.
She married Wayne Coy on June 8, 1980, in Scipio, Indiana, who preceded her in death on April 26, 2012.
Lillian was a member of Hayden United Methodist Church. She graduated from North Vernon High School. She worked in the personnel department at Arvin Industries until her retirement. She enjoyed caring and cooking for her family. She loved oil painting, making jewelry, gardening and fishing.
She is survived by her children, Bryan (Yvonne) Ritz, Natalie (Richard) Pelsor, and Susan (Tony) Wilson; four grandchildren, Cory (Lyda) Ritz, Kirby (Brian) Simmons, Brandi (Brad) Frazee, and Michael Brock; and six great-grandchildren, Delaynee and Ryker Ritz, Lane and Logan Simmons, Karson Frazee, and Kaydenze Brock.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be at Voss Chapel on Monday, September 7, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ed Mead officiating. Burial will follow at Moravian Cemetery in Hope, Indiana.
Friends and family may call at Voss Chapel Sunday from 2-6 p.m. and Monday after 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
