Linda Lou (Hatton) Russell, 81, of Seymour, IN passed away on April 3 2020 at home. Born on October 5, 1938. She was the daughter of Howard Hatton & Eva McKain. She married Donald H Russell December 5, 1970. Linda was raised in Dudleytown and graduated from Seymour High School. She also lived in Columbus Indiana. She worked at H.O. Canfields, sold Stanley products, and was a stay at home mom.

Among the things she liked to do was work in her garden, raise flowers, cooking, singing, dancing & sharing stories. She loved family reunions & gatherings. She would always cook large meals for family during holidays. She loved God, her family, friends & dogs, Tiny, Maggie & Milo.

She is preceded in death by her parents Howard Hatton & Eva Mckain. Her two twin brothers Larry & Jerry Hatton.

Survivors include her husband Donald H Russell, brothers Robert (Bob) Hatton of Seymour. Bill Hatton of Columbus, sons John (Vivian) Vinson, Donald E Russell, Jeff (Margrette) Wilson, Joe Wilson, Mike Russell and daughter Penny Russel, grandchildren John Andrew (Colleen) Vinson, Jordan Vinson, Jordan Dalton, Kelli Dalton, Taylor Russell, Ally Russell, Bobby (Shaina) Wilson, Megan (John) Roberts, Gunner Wilson & Decon Wilson, Brandon (Liz)Wilson, and great grandchildren Easton, Theadore, Maisie, Lane, Lincoln, Barrett & Mavrick.

A private funeral service will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday, April 9 at 1:30 p.m. with a live stream of the service available on the Voss Funeral Service Facebook page. A recording of the service will be made available on the funeral home website and Facebook page following the service.

Memorials may be written to Red Sky Rescue or Jackson County Humane Society, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
