Margaret Washam, 87, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on January 28, 2022. She was born in 1934 in Connersville, IN to the late Frank and Francis Newkirk. On July 7, 1951, she married the love of her life the late Kenneth Washam in Medora, Indiana.
She is survived by her son; Donald Washam, daughters; Gale Washam, Lucinda (Joseph) Wilson, her brother John Newkirk, her five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Washam, her parents; Frank Newkirk, Francis Wedding Newkirk, her brothers; Frank Allen II, Robert Newkirk, Joseph Newkirk, her sister; Nancy Noah.
Graveside service will be held at 11am Tuesday February 1, 2022, in Madison, Indiana at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Family request memorial contributions be made to the Tabernacle in care of Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
