Martha Kay Moss 85 of Seymour, IN passed away on Wednesday January 5, 2021, at her home. She was born in 1936 to the late William and Oaklear (Emerson) Emily. On December 27, 1952, in Seymour, IN she married Pierce “Pete” Moss Jr. and he preceded her in death in 2014.

Martha retired in 1992 from Contel Phone Company after 25 years of service. Martha enjoyed spending time outdoors and gardening but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Martha is survived by her children Pierce “Pete” Clement (Pamela) Moss III, Jaynie Kay (Sonny) McKain, Gloria Lee (David) Wright, Barbara Ann Moss; grandchildren Pierce “Pete” (Margaret) Moss IV, Patrick (Trish) Moss, Jesse Jo Fosbrink, Brooke Allison Campbell, Brianna Alyse (Jason) Nichter, Fallon Dallas Horton; 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, grandson J.D. Fosbrink; brothers William Ray Emily and George H. Emily; and sister Judith Prewitt.

Private family services will be conducted at Voss Funeral Service, with burial to follow at Riverview Cemetery.
