Mr. Marvin L. Hall, 81, of Seymour, entered into the presence of his personal Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Covered Bridge Health Campus. He was born in Scottsburg on July 7, 1939, to the late Walter and Hazel (Birchfield) Hall. On October 8, 1966, he married his beloved wife, Ronna Schaeffer.

Marvin was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was a dedicated employee of Cummins for 29 years and worked as a carpenter.

Marvin is survived by his wife of 53 years; children, Shelly Anderson, Kevin (Chris) Hall, Keith (Kim) Hall, and John (Kathy) Hall; 6 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Brenda Spurgeon; grandson, Brooks Spurgeon; brothers, Loren Hall, Maurice Hall, Bill Hall; sisters, Louise Lamb, Lenora Shepherd; and son-in-law, Kirk Anderson.

A private graveside service will be conducted by Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
