Mary K. Wright, 66, of Seymour, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017, at Lutheran Community Home. She was born on January 30, 1951, in Jackson County, to the late Norris and Dorothy (Smith) Storey. She married Tim Wright on February 24, 1973, in Seymour. She was a member of Central Christian Church. She loved her children and beloved animals. She graduated Seymour High School in 1969 where she was a cheerleader and prom queen. She was in the dental orthodontics field for most of her career. Later in life, she was a breast cancer survivor.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Tim; children, Justin Wright, Jeremy (Ashley) Wright and Morgan (Alfred) Bediako; brother, Andy Storey (Gloria Lambert); and sisters, Nickie (Don) Schneck, Jean (Bobby) Holland and Linda (Phillip) Oldham.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Nathan Andrew.

Funeral services will at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Thursday, August 17, at 10:30 am with Rev. Robin Everhart officiating. Friends and family may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Wednesday, August 16, from 4-8 pm and on Thursday, after 9am until time of service.

Memorials may be written to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Association, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
