It was always a hoot to get Squeak going. We enjoyed talking to him about his time as an umpire and debating football and NASCAR. He will be missed. Jim and Toni Taylor

Squeak has been a friend for thirty plus years. My condolences to the family. He never knew a stranger. Loved to argue with him. He will hold a place in my heart.
Sue McKain/Miner De Villez left a message on November 16, 2017:
So often while my dad was in the Air Force, mom and I spent part of our summers in Cortland and Seymour. Jerri, Mike, and I would play outside all day and late into the evening. What care free days of childhood were spent on our many "adventures". It does not seem possible that I will not be picking up my phone to hear Mike's friendly voice calling to see how we are doing here in Texas. God Bless and prayers for all, Sue McKain-Miner De Villez and family

So sorry for your loss. My husband Jerry Findley, just passed away 10/23. He always told a story of a scrappy game of football that Squeak got pulled into. He liked him. Peggy Ude Findley. Class of '67
