Dear Gerald and family, You were blessed with such a beautiful person in your life. She loved genuinely, she cared for family and patients sincerely, and her laugh was matchless! Nancy sure used her God-given talent of loving people. Patients were blessed to be the recipients of her compassion and care. She adored you, Gerald, and I know you adored her--a special marriage. She loved her boys, Julie, and sister Jane so much! All of you will be in my prayers, Colette Mills

Dear Gerald and family, I'm so sorry to know of Nancy's passing. I'm her cousin, Janet Rader. She was an especially sweet soul even as a child. I've changed my 1st name as well as my last so I'm now Hanna Stanfield. Jane may be interested to know I've been a piano teacher for 41 yrs. My father, George Sheldon Rader, was her mother's brother. I've tried to find Nancy through the internet for years, but couldn't find her married name. So here we are now. We're the same age and spent many family gatherings together. She was so dear with that special smile of hers and kind ways. We enjoyed our Aunt Dorothy's farm together and were together at each others' houses frequently. We just lost touch. I'd love to hear from you. Warm Regards, Hanna

I was heartbroken when I went to look up Nancy's name on Facebook. She was my 13 yr old son's nurse when he was on hospice in 2004. I have thought about her a lot over the years. She helped me so much during that time. I have missed her so much over the years. I wish I could have told her more how much she us. Matthew adored her. I know for years I have always wondered who took care of him in heaven. Now I know. My sympathies go out to her husband and children.
