Nathan E. Chambers, 36, of Brownstown passed away on March 16, 2018, at his home. He was born on May 20, 1981 to Becky Bowman (Andy) Gordan and Ed (Eilene) Chambers, Jr.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, March 20, at 11 AM at Voss & Sons Funeral Service with Reverend Tim Lichtley officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 4 to 8 PM and on Tuesday after 9 AM at the funeral home.
Nathan was employed at E & H Tubing and attended Brownstown Church of the Nazarene. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone. He was passionate about his cooking and he loved to grill out. He was a volunteer coach with Enter His Courts and he loved I.U. Athletics, the Colts and was an avid fan of basketball and golf. He enjoyed mowing his grass, splitting wood and being outdoors, especially relaxing around a bonfire. He was the best handyman and could fix anything. He loved doing things with his kids and activities with his family.
He is survived by his parents, his fiance, Briana Baughman, his children, Jonah, Jathan and Jazzlyn, sister, Natalie (Donnie) Scroggin, maternal grandfather, Dale Bowman, aunts, Beth Thomas and Betsy Bryant, uncle, Bryan Bowman, nieces, Zoe and Brianna Scroggin and nephew, Nicholas Scroggin, mother and father in-law, Donna and Lanny Baughman, and his brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Lauren Baughman.
He is preceded by his aunt, Janet L. Chambers and paternal grandparents, Harold E, Sr and Francis R. Chambers, and maternal grandmother, Marilyn Bowman.
In lieu of flowers checks may be written to the family.
