Nola Jayne Lewis, of Seymour, was called to her heavenly home on May 13, 2014.

Born on May 13, 2014, she was the beloved daughter of Tyler James and Heather Jayne (Davis) Lewis.

Nola was only with us for a short time but the joy she brought us all is unmeasurable. She will always be in our hearts.

Besides her parents Nola is survived by her maternal grandparents: Scott and Becky Davis and Ed Koerner; Paternal Grandparents: Lisa (Brad) Miller and Jim Lewis; Maternal Great-Grandparents: Don and Jenny Darlage, Bill and Carol Davis; Paternal Great-grandparents: Connie and Ralph Gerth, Geneva Lewis and Aunt Hannah Lewis.

A private family service will be held.
Burial will take place at RiverviewCemetery.
Memorials may be written to March of Dimes for p(PROM) Research.
