Rev. Ottis L. Sauls, Jr., 94, of Seymour, passed away on January 19, 2021, at Schneck Medical Center. He was born in 1926 in Austin, Texas, to the late Ottis L. Sauls, Sr., and Dovie Leola Sauls.
