Paul E. Caplinger, 85, of Seymour, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Seymour Crossing. He was born in Ripley County to the late Emmett W. “Cap” and Hettie B. (Shanks) Caplinger. I recall eating with him at the Mutton Creek house, and Spring Mill State park, there was a t.v. station that just shown all day John Wayne films, 5 in a roll were my dad's fav, and likely his too ! sure that our photo's of my parents with him and Bobbie are many, still got the one of them as western era outlaws in Tenn.
