I have had Paul on my mind off and on for several years, but didn't know how to contact him... I worked with and for Paul in the State Highway Dept and in the ISTA Building.. He was my best friend... Though we never dated, he was just always there... He had a heart of gold and was one of the sweetest guys I knew... I will always remember him ... My kids always called him Uncle Paul...They would go to his house and visit and he would call me to let me know they were there... We had some great times Paul and I will miss you...

I wish I would have been able to visit with Paul one more time. As soon as I found out that he was in an assisted living home, I went to visit him, and am blessed that I was able to give him a big hug. I am so very sad to just see that Paul has passed. Paul and I worked together at the State of Indiana, for about 12 years, and he became a very dear and loving friend. I will truly miss him. To his family, I will keep all of you in my prayers for comfort during this difficult time. I Love You Paul, may you rest in peace, Trudy
Lynn Gregory left a message on August 15, 2018:
My oldest brother, Bud was 13 years older than me. I have learned a lot from All of my brothers, and all have influenced my life. Bud, was know by people throughout the State, and beyond. His prominence was because of his position in the State of Indiana and association with Governor Ed Whitcomb. He traveled though out the Midwest because of his dedication to the Lodges that he belonged. He will be joining many fine people who passed before him, as I am sure there will be a joyful noise when he arrived to join them. Love you Bud, as I do all my brothers.

My oldest brother; when I was just entering 2nd grade at Washington Elementary, Bud was graduating from Shields High School. He had so many looking up to him, and was a great role model to all. He will be missed, but we will all be together again.
