Penny Wade-Osterman, 48, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019, surrounded by family at IU Methodist in Indianapolis. She was born in Lorraine, OH to the late John Wade and Connie (Taylor) Branum. On July 1, 2014, she married Brian Osterman in Seymour, IN.
