Penny Wade-Osterman, 48, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019, surrounded by family at IU Methodist in Indianapolis. She was born in Lorraine, OH to the late John Wade and Connie (Taylor) Branum.

On July 1, 2014, she married Brian Osterman in Seymour, IN. Penny was a graduate of Seymour High School. Penny was a mother who worked hard and loved her family. She was always very creative. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and being outdoors.

She is survived by her husband, Brian Osterman; children, Amber (Nolan) Wells, Kyle (Baylie) Keebler, Destiny N. Keebler; grandchildren, Brilynne Wells, Braxton Wells, Jakobie Wells, and one grandchild coming in 2020. She is also survived by her grandfather, Ed Branum as well as brothers and sisters.

Penny was preceded in death by her parents and uncle, Terry Branum.

Funeral service will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday, September 7, at 12 pm with Bro. Johnny Spivey officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Norman.

Friends and family may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday from 10 am until time of service.

Memorials may be written to Covered Bridge, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
