Rhonda Kay Guffey, 66, of Seymour passed away Monday, December 30, 2019 at Schneck Medical Center.
Rhonda was born in Seymour to the late Alvin and Dorothy (Lind) Fox. She married Richard Guffey in Seymour in 1973. She was a member of Central Christian Church. Rhonda was a graduate of Seymour High School. She retired from Prentium Packaging after 40 plus years. Rhonda was a member of the Senior Citizens Club.
Rhonda loved her children, grandchild, and great-grandchildren very much. She enjoyed every chance she got to be with her family. She loved her cat as well.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Tina (Michael) Spencer, Terri (David) Brewer, Robin (Tom) Vanosdol; grandchild, Richanda Swango; great-grandchildren, Rylan Fields, Aurora Swango; sisters, Karen (Sonny) Nantz, Penny (Dale) Austin.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 1pm at Voss Chapel with Pastor Rick Grant officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour, Indiana. Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday, January 4 from 11am to 1pm.
Memorials may be given to Jackson County Humane Society in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service.
