Deepest sympathy to Bob's family. I worked with/for Bob for several years at Indiana Telephone Corp and Contel before moving to NC to work for Northern Telecom. I have many fond memories of working together in the early years and learning the telephone craft from Bob first hand. He was an excellent worker and adhered to "always doing your best work no matter the situation." He was an excellent teacher. Bob was also kind and considerate to everybody he worked with and was very well respected for his considerable technical and managerial skills. I remember very fond conversations over a myriad of topics over lunch and during work projects. It was many years before I saw Bob just four years ago along with a few other telephone people. I so enjoyed seeing him again. Best wishes to family and friends. (William Bush)
