Rodney Eugene Ison

Rodney Eugene Ison, 31, of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015.

Rodney was born August 19, 1983, in Salem, IN, the son of Tammy Sue Reed Perry of Seymour who survives.

He worked four years at NTN as a machine operator. When he wasn’t working, Rodney enjoyed junkin’, fishing, music, and spending time with his daughter.

If Rodney had one wish, it would be that everyone in his family would show the “Love of a Father for his daughter Ava”. Please, family, from now on you represent me, so please keep in mind that you will be showing my daughter who her Daddy was since I no longer can.

Rodney is survived by the love of his life, his daughter, Ava Sue Ison Lawson, mother Tammy Sue, two brothers, “Bubby” Ison and Elmer L. (Ashley) Ison, and a niece and three nephews, Savannah, Noah, Nehemiah, and Hadassah Ison.

Funeral services will be held at Voss Chapel on Monday, May 11, 2015, at 11:00 am with Br. Rick Wilson officiating.

Friends may call at Voss Chapel on Monday after 9:00 am until time of service.

Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery, with a Voss dove release.

Memorial checks may be written to his daughter Ava Ison.
