I used to work for Roger at Genigraphics, Pansophic, and Autographix. He was without a doubt the finest Boss I ever had. I learned more from him about service and leadership than anyone. Prayers for his family and friends.?

It is with a very heavy heart that we say "good-bye" to our friend, Roger. I had the pleasure of working with him at Genigraphics over 36 years ago. I didn't work for him directly, but everyone who did always spoke so highly of Roger. Their loyalty and admiration spoke volumes to Roger's hard work and rare leadership skills. Many of his admirers (pervious employees) followed him from company to company because it was hard to find a better leader than Roger! He made every challenge seem attainable, and no one ever wanted to let him down! To Roger's family, may you find comfort in knowing how many people admired Roger and will miss him tremendously. He has positively touched many lives! You are in our thoughts and prayers, Roger. May you rest in eternal peace.

I had the privilege and honor to be a part of Roger's Field Service Teams with 2 companies. There are a lot of great memories from those times, but the one that stands out, is spending time with him and a friend over dinner shortly after he retired. It was great to see how happy he was to be spending all of his time focusing on his health, family, and the many other things he enjoyed most about life. He said he wondered how he ever had time to work with so many other great things to be done! It’s hard to say goodbye to a great leader and friend. Rest in Peace Roger.

Like many FORs (Friends of Roger), I moved from Spacelabs after 18+ years, to work again with Roger. While at Spacelabs and working at a customer site for a week and basically having a McDonalds burger for dinner, I finished up my week with a good sit-down dinner. When I submitted my expense report, I had spent next to nothing every day except the last. Accounting came back and rejected my expenses because I had exceeded my per diem on the final day. Not a big deal, but when Roger saw this, he told them that I deserved a good meal once in a while and approved it. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I respected him greatly. He contacted me off and on for over two years after he went to Hologic and asked each time if I was ready to come over to Hologic. My loyalty to Spacelabs was strong, but loyalty to Roger was stronger. A great boss and friend! Condolences to his family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

It is with a heavy heart that I am sending this and unable to attend in person. I was privileged to work for Roger at three different companies and he is one of few that I would follow anywhere. Roger touched many lives in a positive. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy and condolences to his family.

I worked closely with Roger at Hologic. Rogers group installed the equipment and mine trained the staff on the operation of the equipment. We had many long chats over work and life. I remember when he bought his Chevrolet I was sitting in his office and he said can you imagine in just a few seconds I can put the top down and head to Maine for lobsters. A great guy at work and in life. Roger is one of the reasons Hologic had such great success. God Speed my friend.

My sincerest sympathies to the family. I lived just down the road from Roger throughout our high school years. We spent many a day riding bikes, walking down the RR tracks, target shooting, and boating down the White River. We worked on cars together - Roger had a great mechanical knowledge and I enjoyed my time with him. He was a great friend.

I remember recruiting Roger to Hologic from Spacelabs many years ago. In doing his references, I recall telling our then CEO that if these references are true we can’t go wrong! Roger was All of that and much much more. He was a hard worker, great leader, great mentor and friend and just an overall great person. He will be truly missed. May he rest in peace.

Roger was my best friend and we worked together at Spacelabs in WA and at Hologic. We shared so many great times together, including multiple fishing/camping trips in WA and Florida. The rest of the list is too long to list here. He was the hardest worker, could fix anything, and indeed he loved his fireworks. He was the best friend anyone could ask for. My condolences to the family. Rest In Peace Roger.

I had the honor of working with Roger at both Spacelabs & Hologic. He was a good friend, mentor and coworker. He was responsible for the real work after the sale was final. I always admired his work ethic but beyond that he was our good friend. I will miss him, his laugh, his humility and friendship. He was the most honorable man I’ve ever met. My sincere condolences to his wife Theresa, his brother Norm & the rest of his extended family. Godspeed Roger.

Lord, guard and guide the ones who fly Through the great spaces in the sky. Be with them always in the air, In darkening storms or sunlight fair. Eternal Father, strong to save, Whose arm hath bound the restless wave, Who bidd'st the mighty ocean deep Its own appointed limits keep, O hear us when we cry to thee For those in peril on the sea!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
