Ma Carter was one of the BEST Mom's in the world She made me feel like family the first time I met her. She welcomed us all to her home. She sure raised some very loving children which is a tribute to the love she shared with everyone she met. I will never forget the fun memories I have of Ma Carter. She had a wonderful sense of humor and made me laugh all the time. She drew me a beautiful bird picture on a handmade wedding card and I will cherish it forever! We miss you already, but know you are up in Heaven. God bless her children and grandchildren during this difficult time. Lots of love, Abate Julie

I'm very grateful to have known MaCarter. We have had so many wonderful times together. I will cherish each and every one forever. She told us once, "I'll have to start wearing depends if I'm gonna hang out with you girls, cause I'm laughing so hard!" She was "one of the girls" to us.....I'm glad I got to travel to see her, before the weather got bad and sincerely thanked her for sharing such a wonderful family with me. My deepest condolences to each of you....I love you all. Bubba Girl........
