Ruth Ellen Denney, 56, Deputy, IN, formerly of Seymour, passed away November 12, 2014, at her home.

Ruth was born October 20, 1958, in Seymour, IN, to Margaret Spaulding and James Ross.

She was a member of the Golden Angels and worked as a caregiver. She was a loving person to all she met.

Ruth will be missed by her father, companion; Boone Gibson, children; Timmy L (Jennifer) Robbins Jr. and Jason Wayne (Star) Robbins, grandchildren; Samantha, Becca, Alexis, Alexander, Tequila, Jasmine, Hanna, Chelsea and Gabby, brothers; Art Ross, Melvin Ross, Zonnie Kooth and Scott Ross and also her sister, Julia Carter, several nieces and nephews .

She was preceded in death by her mother; Margaret Ross, sister; Eva Hammonds and granddaughter; Zoe Robbins.

A funeral service will be held at Voss Chapel on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 1:00 pm, with Pastor John Moore officiating. Friends and family may call on Saturday from 11:00 am, until time of service. Per Ruth’s request, cremation will be provided by Voss Crematory after the service and a graveside service will then be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Acme Cemetery.
