Fond memories of my little cousin as we played & wrestled hard as kids while driving my mother crazy trying to settle us down ! I also had the privilege of a little babysitting since I was a few years older than Todd. Todd was a great example of a kind, loving, & caring man & he will be missed much. Please know Donna & kids, we continue to pray comfort & healing in this difficult time,,,,,,shalom !

Todd was so helpful, kind and understanding every time we needed a special item for NSPA QA. He was always willing to help us and one smart cookie we looked up to. Sometimes he would have reports completed before we would get back to our seat. Todd was always bringing in fresh eggs to work for us. We have lost a great family member of NSPA. We send our heart felt condolences and prayers for support to your family. Thanks for sharing Todd with us. We are blessed to have the opportunity to have known him. Jon Madden

I remember when Todd and Donna were just “dating”. They would sneak to see each other at Brush Park. Teen love, true love. I’m so sorry for your loss Donna, my heart goes out to you and your children

I had worked with Todd for several years. He was an amazing co-worker! I knew that I could always count on him for assistance when a report needed to be programmed etc. I learned a lot about life in general based upon the conversations that we shared. One thing for sure, is that he loved his family unconditionally! We will miss you Todd! Darla Anderson
Sandy Kilgas left a message on August 16, 2021:
Todd was such a kind, loving person. I remember when our son was a freshman in high school and he talked about a new good friend he had made, Zach Mellencamp. After a few weeks I learned his dad was Todd and his mom was also a classmate and friend from high school, Donna Hocking. I knew he had found a great friend because I respected both his mom and dad. They always made Mitchell feel welcome in their home. I know Todd has set a great example of good work ethic, always thinking of others and and showing love unconditionally. Prayers for strength and peace only He can give in such a loss. We will miss him.
