



















































Mr. Troy A. Lucas, 49 of Seymour, passed away at home on Sunday, May 28, 2017.
Troy was born on May 11, 1968 in Seymour, the son of Tommy J. and Virgie A. (Henderson) Lucas.
He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church of Seymour.
Troy loved his boys and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He worked for over 16 years with Perry’s Pool Shop in Seymour and had just started working for Cummins Engine Company at plant #1 in Columbus.
He leaves behind his parents: Tom and Virgie, two sons: Zak and Zane Lucas, one brother: Bart Lucas, Paternal grandmother: Gladys Lucas, nephew: Ayden Lucas, three aunts: Sandra (Robert) Beatty, Marta (Patrick) Corcoran and Judy (Larry) Carpenter, a special cousin: Stacie Schepman and her daughter Gertie, several great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Marvin and Ethel Henderson and paternal grandfather Julius Lucas.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 2, 2017 at 6:30 p.m at Voss Chapel with Rev. Andrew Currao and Pastor Bill Everhart officiating.
Family and friends may gather at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday after 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
Per Troy’s request cremation will be in the care of Voss & Sons Crematory.
Memorials may be written to the Redeemer Lutheran Church, Central Christian Church or Charity of Choice.
