We will miss her wonderful smile. I remember staying at their home when I was a young child. All the Memorial weekends at the campgrounds, Thanksgiving celebrations and family get-togethers. Back about fourteen years ago when I finished the "Settlements to Communities" book on the Parman's, Brock's, Chadwell's and Gregory's in the 18th and 19th centuries, she came up to me over at IJ's house. She commented to me on the crazy stories that I had found in the old newspapers, and laughingly said, "Those people were JUST like that!" She came up from the Manchester Road by Clyde Gregory's store to decades in Freetown. Kentucky and Indiana were better places for having "Lightnin'" in it. We'll see you in Heaven.
