Mrs. Barbara Merritt, 70 of Seymour, Indiana, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016, at Schneck medical Center.

Barb was born February 19, 1946, in Greensburg, Indiana, the daughter of the late Roscoe and Thelma (Martin) Oliphant.

She married Rollin Merritt who preceded her in death.

Barb is survived by her children, Roma Hinton, Kim (Bill) Sturgill and Kristina Otero.

She is preceded in death by parents, husband and son, Anthony James Merritt.

Graveside service will be at Riverview on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at 1:00 p.m.

Friends and family may call at Voss Chapel on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Arrangements were made through Voss & Sons Funeral and Crematory Service, Seymour, Indiana.
