Mrs. Bessie Ormsby Asher age 93 of Seymour passed away on Feburay 28, 2015. She was born on October 22, 1921 in Seymour to the parents of Acel and Ida Goodpaster Bryant, who precede her in death. Mrs. Asher married Ora “Frank” Ormsby on December 23, 1950. She is survived by 2 grandchildren Bob Minor and Angela Minor. Private family graveside service will be conducted by Pastor Ralph Blomenberg. All arrangements have been entrusted to Voss Funeral Service. A memorial service will take place at a later date.

My precious Aunt Bessie was a kind, loving person. She always had family foremost in her heart. She would do anything for you if she could. She was also feisty, independent and quite the character. She told it like it was! No b.s. about it with Aunt Bessie. But above all she loved you with her whole heart. Thanks to her, I was able to be reunited with my father, for which I am extremely grateful. May you now rest in peace, my precious Aunt Bessie.
