Mr. Billy Max Hague, 81 of Seymour, Indiana, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015, at Lutheran Community Home.
He was born November 9, 1934, in Seymour, the son of the late Roscoe Wilburn “Rocky” and Mildred Lee “Midge” Prall Hague.
He married Elsie Ann Cordes on July 3, 1963 at the First Presbyterian Church in Seymour.
Billy graduated from Shields High School and then from Hanover College. He then entered the United States Air force from 1959 to 1965. He then took over Seymour Motor Sales the family business. Billy was an avid race car fan and loved his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie ,of 52 years, his children, John Hague and Kristin Ann Hague Goss, five grandchildren Chaz, Matti and Elle Hague, Delaney and Keaton Goss, cousins Jill Stephenson, Kim Boulden, Mark Bouldon, Maxine Zollman, John Zollman, Julia Wickes, Priscilla Ball, and Ana Haverland Barlett.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. at Voss Chapel on Saturday, November 21st, with his nephew, Rev. William Cordes, officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery, with full military graveside service being conducted by the V.F.W. Post 1925, American Legion Post #89, DAV, Korean and Vietnam Veterans all of Seymour.
Friends and family may call at Voss Funeral Service on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. and on Saturday after 9 a.m. until time of Service.
