Cheryl Lynn (Stephenson) Maggard, 60, of Seymour passed away at Columbus Regional Hospital on October 29, 2023. Cheryl was born on January 22, 1963, in Indianapolis to Rodger and Frances (Bewely) Stephenson. Cheryl had worked in dispatch supervision for Estes Trucking for several years.
In her free time, she loved to watch reruns of the N.C.I.S. television series, watching Indiana University Basketball and Cincinnati Reds baseball. Her true passion was her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
Cheryl is survived by her loving husband, Wayne; children: Tyler (Emily) Maggard and Brittainey (Andy) Harrison; parents, Rodger and Frances Stephenson; brother, Brad Stephenson; grandchildren: Coulson, Carter, Noah and Olivia; step grandchildren: Emily, Nathan, Dylan, Sarah and Bowen; great granddaughter, Brynlee.
Funeral services for Cheryl will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Voss & Sons Funeral & Cremation Services. Burial will follow at the Valley Home Old Regular Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service Friday at the funeral home.
