Mrs. Cinette Thomeuf Johnson Kelsch, 85, of Seymour, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at the Keepsake Village Assisted Living, in Columbus.
Cinette was born in Manchester, Kentucky on October 7, 1930, the daughter of the late John Shelton and Sarah Martha (Price) Burchell.
She married Warren Cecil Johnson, who passed away in 1964. She then married Roland L. Kelsch on January 21, 1967 in Seymour .
Cinette was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Seymour and the American legion Ladies Auxillary. She was a housewife, who loved any time spent with family. She enjoyed playing bingo and card games, especially euchre.
She is survived by her husband Roland, daughters: Terry (Kenny) Riley and Tammi Jean (Kevin) Engelking,
sister: Linda L. Shank, 6 grandchildren: Sherri (Ben) Campbell, Chad (Kristi) Reedy, Carrie (Jon) O’Sullivan, Joshua Birch, Kara Birch and Aarika Birch, and 5 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents, first husband, stillborn son Todd Eric Kelsch, three brothers: William Daniel, Gabriel Price and Jennings Gilbert (Buddy) Burchell.
Funeral service will be at Voss Chapel on Sunday, January 10, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Marty Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Daughtery Cemetery.
Friends and family may call at Voss Chapel on Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m. and Sunday after 12:30 p.m. until time of service.
