Clyde D. Cummings, 86, formerly of the Seymour area passed away on October 9, 2023, at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. Clyde was born on June 16, 1937, in Bedford, IN to Morris and Daisy Cummings. Prior to his retirement, Clyde had worked in maintenance. In his free time, he loved to ride motorcycles.
Clyde is survived by his daughter, Rhonda (Richard) Darlage; grandsons: Ryan (Emily) Darlage and Kevin Darlage; great grandchildren: Hayden and Joseph. Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Mabel; brothers: Forrest “Bud” Cummings and Kenny Cummings, and sister, Doris Sagers.
There will be a graveside service for Clyde on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 1:30 PM in the Kurtz Cemetery.
