Mr. Daniel C. Luedeman, 64 of Jennings County, passed away January 11, 2016 at home.
He was born in Seymour, Indiana on November 26, 1951, the son of the Harry Luedeman and Faye (Stogdill) Luedeman.
Mr. Luedeman was a graduate of Seymour High School in 1969. he then went to work and retired after 35 years with Cummins Engine Company in 2002. He was an avid racing enthusiast as he built several race cars, go-carts, mo-peds, and drag racers and even raced in several events. He was a member of the NDRA.
He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and his animals. His greatest joy in life was his grandkids.
Mr. Luedeman is survivied by his mother, children Daniel Luedeman II, Jeremy Luedeman, brothers Michael (Rita) Luedeman, Rick (Maggie) Luedeman, and Doug (Terry Heck) Luedeman, sister Dianne West, grandchildren Jadelynn, Brookelynn, Austin, Justin, Katielynn Luedeman, Jessica, Amanda, Cory, Brandon Luedeman, Jaden Adams, Tryson Luedeman, great grandchildren Deagan Grigsby, Charlee Bowling and Kyann Luedeman, several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Family and friends may gather at Voss Chapel on Friday after 5 p.m., with a remembrance memorial service starting at 7 p.m.
The family asks that all memorials be made out to the Riley’s Children’s Miracle Foundation or Hayden Museum.
