David G Putz Jr, 59, of Seymour, Indiana, passed away at his residence on November 17, 2022. He was born December 15, 1962, to David Putz Sr and Loraine (Hoeckelberg) Putz.
He is survived by his two daughters, Kristine Putz (Gabriel) Galarza, and Michaela Putz (Corey) Quick; two sons, Shawn Putz, and Seth Putz; one brother, Dean (Misti) Putz Sr; two sisters, Kathryn Putz Wegiel, and Lorrie (Tim) Daisy; and eight grandchildren, Whitney-Lynn Putz, Jesus Rosales Jr, Carmen Galarza, Yelena Galarza, Joey Putz, Shaylynn Putz, Jace Putz, and Crüe Quick.
He is preceded in death by both parents, his brother in law, Robert Wegiel, and granddaughter, Elizabeth Galarza.
Visitation will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday December 2, 2022, from 10 am until the time of service at 11am. Burial will follow the service at Riverview Cemetery.
