Diane Craparotta

Mrs. Diane Craparotta, 54 of Seymour, Indiana, formerly of Staten Island, New York, passed away Friday, July 22, 2016, in Seymour under the caring staff of Hospice of Schneck Medical Center.

Diane was born in Staten Island, New York, on October 6, 1961, the daughter of the late Vincent and Phyllis LaBracco.

On December 28, 2001, she married the love of her life, Kenneth S. Conklin, in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Seymour where she always looked forward to Bible study with her friends. Diane had a great love for reading and would relax listening to music, may it be opera, classic rock or modern country.

She is survived by her husband, brother, Phillip, sisters, Lisa, Jodi and Ruthann; mother-in-law, Sharon Conklin, many nieces and nephews and many friends as she never met a stranger.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Stephen and Vinnie; and sister, Trudy.

Funeral service will be held at Voss Chapel on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at 7:00 p.m.

Friends and family may gather at Voss Chapel and Crematory Service, 316 North Chestnut St., Seymour, Indiana, on Wednesday after 4:00 p.m. until time of service.

Memorial checks may be written to Hospice of Schneck Medical Center, Seymour.

Arrangements were made through Voss & Sons Funeral Service, Seymour, Indiana.

Diane, You are a loving wife, but most of all you are my best friend, as I say this with tear filled eyes I will miss you always. As you knew how to make me and everyone around you smile. you cared for people unconditionally. As well as animals. Youre love of life made you a very special person. I am happy to be a part of that as you taught me to forgive those who hurt us. This is not goodbye this is until we meet again my love.......
