Donna Ann Walters, 53, of Seymour passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.  She was born on January 30, 1970, in Louisville, the daughter of Donald Ray and Martha (Slinker) Logsdon.  She married James Walters on January 20, 1996, in Louisville and he survives.

In addition to her husband, Donna is survived by her two dogs, Sophie the Burnese Mountain dog and Axel the German Shepherd.  In addition to her two dogs she is survived by her mother, Martha Logsdon; three brothers, Harlan (Christina) Logsdon, Rick (Marsha) Logsdon, and Tim (Carol) Logsdon; and numerous nieces and nephews.   She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Ray Logsdon.

Donna spent her career as an office manager at her husband’s State Farm Insurance Office in Seymour, IN.  When she and her husband weren’t working, they enjoyed traveling together throughout the country and the world both by land and by sea.  The most memorable trip they took together was to Maui, Hawaii.  When they were not traveling or working though they treasured the time they spent together with family and friends, and with her dogs Sophie and Axel.  Most of all Donna will be remembered as a giving person who liked to help others.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 12 p.m. at the Voss & Son’s Funeral Service in Seymour, IN.  Burial will follow at the Riverview Cemetery in Seymour.  Visitation will be held on Monday, February 13, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
